When HomeFront Interiors was asked to prepare a $2 million home for sale (above), they jumped at the opportunity to stage the home. Re/Max realtor, Leona Janzen was thrilled with the mood that was created in the home on time for the realtor's walk through.
We met with the clients to discuss their needs and time line. We toured the home and started pulling out furniture that wasn't needed. We made lists of items that we did need to give the home a current feel. We did minimal painting to neutralize some dated colors. By doing this we changed the whole color scheme of the main floor. The client's home is very beautiful but, over crowding and some dated paint and accessories would have given a negative impression. We put in 2 long days and there home feels light and open and is move in ready.
